What is CrossFit?

With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in an accepting and encouraging environment.  At CFBF we specialize at not specializing, that is we want to be well rounded athletes.  In our classes you will see things like running, rowing, biking, gymnastics, yoga, powerlifting, olympic lifting and anything in between.  

Is CrossFit for you?

Short answer....YES!  CrossFit is designed to be universally scalable.  Our program can be tailored to fit any athlete.  Regardless of age or athletic ability or whether you are just starting or have been training for years, our classes will challenge you in a safe effective way.
